I n New York City, Waterline Square graces the Upper West Side with striking glass towers and a lush green park. The impressive five-acre mega-development was brought to life by GID Development Group and a distinguished team of New York-based, world-renowned architects and designers. Its three glassy, angular towers designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, Richard Meier & Partners Architects, and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates punctuate the skyline. Luckily for residents, its interiors pack as much punch as its star-powered architecture, with designs by celebrated names like Champalimaud Design, Yabu Pushelberg, and Groves & Co.

Living at Waterline Square brings a new meaning to amenities. Residents will enjoy the spectacular Rockwell Group-designed Waterline Club, which offers over 100,000 square feet of sports and creative spaces like a tennis court and gardening studio. In addition, each building provides its own amenity spaces curated by the project’s world-class interior designers.

All three buildings feature elegant spaces such as elegant dining rooms with seating for 20 guests, luxurious great rooms with gas fireplaces, plush media rooms, charming billiards lounges, and beautifully landscaped terraces with outdoor kitchens. The amenities are available only to condominium owners or rental residents of each building, providing another suite of places to relax or entertain outside the home, but without ever stepping foot outside. Residents can reserve the spaces for entertaining guests or meet new friends and neighbors within their building.

One Waterline Square by Richard Meier & Partners Architects features interiors by internationally renowned design firm Champalimaud Design that marry the precision of Meier & Partners’ exterior with great warmth. Interiors showcase high ceilings, enormous windows, and a rich selection of handpicked materials from around the world. Reflecting this vision, Champalimaud Design’s amenities at One Waterline Square exude chicness and offer the perfect balance between classic and modern elegance.
