150 FIRST NECK LANE, SOUTHAMPTON SOLD | LAST ASK $11.95M

In the world of luxury real estate, a broker's knowledge and expertise is defined by their portfolio of sales— and in the Hamptons, there's one real estate broker who stands above the rest with a total career volume nearing $5 billion.

Tim Davis is a longtime market leader and resident of the Hamptons, who the Wall Street Journal regularly lists as the Hamptons' Number One residential real estate broker. He is ranked within the nation's top 25 agents. Impressively, $890 million of his sales was generated within the last three years, with closed deals totaling $349,813,978 in luxury home sales in 2021 alone.

840 MEADOW LANE, SOUTHAMPTON SOLD | LAST ASK $75M

A longtime resident of the Hamptons, Davis is extremely knowledgeable about the region's history regarding its grand estates and the dynasties that built them, both past and present. One of the most exceptional properties he represented in 2021 was the impressive Ocean Castle estate at 840 Meadow Lane in Southampton, set on 8.2 acres with 500 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage and a 22,000-square-foot residence. Its $70 million sale was celebrated in the media just as much as when it was built in 1930— an impressive feat in the competitive real estate market. The storybook home's sale at $70 million marked the third-highest sale of 2021 for the entire Hamptons region, one of the most competitive markets worldwide, especially during a pandemic. "I am honored to have been chosen by the heirs of the estate to represent their interests in the sale of this legacy property," says Davis. "Ensuring them that I would strive to achieve the highest price on their behalf was key to securing the listing."
