We wanted more beams and gold, and the artist was in the house for a year and a half.”

The estate features 12 masonry fireplaces, each contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere. These fireplaces were included with Mrs. Funsch in mind, who loves the warmth and coziness they provide. The grandeur continues with a three-story elevator, a four-car garage equipped with four lifts to accommodate up to eight cars, and a brand-new, 5,200 square foot finished lower level. This expansive space includes a wine tasting room, a wine cellar with a brick tile ceiling, and an authentic pub area, complete with beams sourced from a barn in New York City.

The lower level also houses a spa, gym, dance studio, and a salon, which was a surprise gift from Mr. Funsch to Mrs. Funsch, who runs a successful hair care company. The salon is stocked with 500 of her products, providing a personal touch to this luxurious amenity. Additionally, there is a dedicated room for their bodyguard, ensuring the family’s safety without compromising their enjoyment of the home.
