Neslted ON A 29-acre nature preserve in the Mexican Caribbean, NIZUC Resort & Spa is a luxurious beachfront getaway that has earned the title “The Most Instagrammable Hotel of The World 2020” by Luxury Travel Advisor. The resort’s name is derived from the Mayan translation of “nose of the dog” and is located on Punta NIZUC, an exclusive area between the  Caribbean Sea and Nichupté lagoon. Once a base station for Mayan astronomers and later a presidential retreat, NIZUC offers unparalleled  indulgence for travelers seeking a unique and secluded escape.

A World of Adventure and Relaxation

NIZUC Resort & Spa is more than just a luxury retreat in Cancun; it’s an oasis of experiences waiting to be discovered. As soon as you set foot on this breathtaking property, you’ll be  transported to a place of unparalleled tranquility, excitement, and natural beauty. If you’re looking to unwind and soak up the sun, NIZUC boasts two pristine white sand beaches, perfect for lounging or taking a refreshing swim in the Caribbean Sea. The resort also features five main swimming pools, each with its unique  ambiance and setting.

Families traveling with kids will love Winik’s Kids Club, where children ages 4 to 12 can enjoy their own world of fun and games while parents relax, knowing their little ones are in good hands.

But it’s not just about lazing around on the beach or by the pool. Protected mangroves and lush local foliage surround NIZUC, and the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef, the world’s second- largest coral reef, is conveniently close by. Take advantage of the resort’s non-motorized sports offerings, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, zayaking and kayaking, to explore the reef’s vibrant underwater world.

For a truly unique experience, don’t miss the opportunity to visit the underwater museum MUSA, where you can see a stunning collection of over 500 sculptures submerged in the ocean. And, of course, a visit to NIZUC wouldn’t be complete without a Tequila Journey (tasting) – the perfect way to savor the flavors of Mexico’s iconic spirit.

Indulge in a Culinary Paradise

NIZUC Resort & Spa’s dining options are diverse and masterfully crafted to provide guests with an unforgettable culinary experience. From traditional Mexican cuisine to Asian flavors, gourmet Italian-Mediterranean dishes, and Peruvian seafood, there is something for everyone in this culinary paradise.

One of the standout restaurants is Ramona, which offers traditional Mexican cuisine with a contemporary twist. The menu features Mexican favorites as impressive as the sprawling oceanfront views. The restaurant also boasts an exclusive Dom Pérignon Wine Cellar, where guests can enjoy a sensorial journey through the aromas and flavors of an exquisite menu perfectly paired with a Dom Pérignon selection.

For those looking to explore the flavors of Asia, Indochine is a mustvisit. Overlooking a  dramaticallylit reflective pool, the restaurant features a sophisticated style of dark wood and marble accents.

On the other hand, Terra Nostra masterfully blends gourmet cuisine with comfort food in this widely popular Italian-Mediterranean restaurant. The menu expertly showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients, many of which are sourced locally.

If luxury were to marry a tiki hut, the result would be La Punta Grill & Lounge. The restaurant’s  striking linear design, rustic chic décor, and natural wood finishes are as opulent as they are  exotic. Nestled beside the adult-only infinity pool along the beach, a menu of prime steak and  fish is available throughout the day and night. At Ni, the resort’s vibrant Peruvian restaurant, fresh seafood takes center stage with simple yet surprising preparations and presentations.
