The beachfront lower level is full of wondrous features such as a media recreation room, gym, three full baths, a wine cellar, additional laundry facilities, and a wet bar. Slip into exercise garments for a solid workout, followed by any number of games to keep young and old occupied or stretch back to see a favorite film with guests. The adult beverage sipping and tasting also may begin in the grand wine cellar.
