Upstairs there is plenty of room for guests with two spacious guest rooms with breathtaking views over the nature preserve and ocean. One bedroom features a queen bed with a balcony and the other with two queen beds. Additionally, a media and lounge area is on this level. Here guests will find comfortable surroundings to stretch out and enjoy a movie, or when an email or two interrupts the art of doing nothing, a high-speed internet workstation. On the lower level, a gym fully equipped with free weights, mats, an elliptical trainer, and even a spin bike is available to help sculpt your perfect beach body.
The adjacent 1,500-square-foot guest house, which equally matches the main house in style and creature comforts, includes a chef ’s kitchen, spacious and sunlight flooded lounge, private patio space, dedicated laundry area, and of course, two exquisite en-suite bedrooms – one king and one queen.
Outdoors, a saltwater pool adorned with Balinese tiles (reputed to have healing powers), a heated Jacuzzi, and spacious covered patios create the perfect stage for the entire day. The outdoor living spaces and dramatically beautiful gardens, a covered loggia replete with lounge seating, dining area, full outdoor kitchen, grill area, and even a dedicated rack for surfboards and other seaside toys further complement the vacation property.
