The new residences at Limelight, Lumin and Viceroy Snowmass are the result of a $600 million collaboration between three major players in the mountain resort business, East West Partners (EWP), Aspen Skiing Company (ASC) and KSL Capital Partners. These whole-ownership residences are part of the transformation of Snowmass Base Village, currently the largest mountain resort development underway in North America.

Lumin is Snowmass Base Village’s most exclusive address with only three residences, each with direct elevator access.
