Monaco’s Newest Jewel

 

Rising above the azure waters of the Mediterranean, Tour Odeon (Odeon Tower) is a home between the sea and the sky. The soaring 557-foot double residential tower overlooks the stunning coast, Larvotto Beach and the Ligharian Sea. It will come onto the market next year and its real estate representatives say it will set a new standard for luxury living on an international scale.

 

Less than 20 miles from Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, the sculpted 49-story double tower is Monaco’s newest and tallest residential skyscraper. Tour Odeon was the grand vision of Monaco developer Groupe Marzocco and well-known Monégasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, with the backing of the principality’s government.
